Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS, manage and cancel your subscription from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. On Android and the web, open Settings → Subscriptions inside Chess Bravo and tap Cancel. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
I can't log in to my account.
Try resetting your password or use the Forgot password link on the login screen. If you're still stuck after receiving the reset email, email info@chessbravo.com with the email address you registered with and we'll help recover it.
My payment failed or hasn't been credited.
Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are billed directly by Apple and appear on your Apple receipt. If you were charged but your Chess Bravo account wasn't upgraded, open the app once more to let it sync, then contact us with your Apple order ID and we'll reconcile it for you.
How do tournaments work?
Chess Bravo hosts regular Swiss-system tournaments with entry fees and prize pools. Sign in, pick a tournament from the list, and join before the start time. Pairings, rounds, and the leaderboard update automatically as games finish.
How do I report a cheating player?
Open the player's profile from any game or chat, tap the menu, and choose Report. Include as much detail as possible (game ID, time, what you observed). Our anti-cheat team reviews every report.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed by PCI-compliant providers (Apple, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill). See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details.
